Job summary

Niagara Bottling, LLC is seeking a Production Operator Lead to support daily production floor operations alongside the Production Supervisor. The role ensures safety, quality, and throughput while meeting food safety standards and GMP guidelines.

The position requires coordinating with shifts, managing materials, and contributing to shift reports. 12-hour day or night shifts are possible on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule, with a focus on reliability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years experience in field or similar manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 4 years experience in the position.
• Minimum 4 years experience managing people or projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist Production Supervisor with daily activities to ensure safety, quality, and throughput.
• Communicate with the previous shift about challenges and opportunities on the production lines.
• Conduct walkthroughs to verify safety, housekeeping, and quality compliance.
• Assist with batching minerals and preparing lines for changeovers.
• Order and inspect raw materials before changeovers; perform first-pass quality checks.
