• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.

Responsabilidades

• Manage plant operations across 1st and 2nd shifts.
• Set production priorities to meet cost, safety, quality targets.
• Create and maintain SOPs aligned with company expectations.
• Review production and quality reports for compliance with specs and USDA/FDA requirements.
• Coach Supervisors and Leads; develop cross-functional collaboration.
• Promote continuous improvement by analyzing data to reduce waste and labor costs.
• Support audits and reporting to top management with corrective actions.
