Ofi North America is seeking a Sanitation Lead for its California facility. Reporting to the Sanitation Supervisor, you will provide hands-on line leadership during the third shift, guiding sanitation tasks and ensuring compliance with food safety and quality standards.

Bilingual communication, basic food safety testing, and English reading/writing ability are required. The role requires strong GMP/HACCP knowledge, ability to coordinate sanitation staff, and ensure lines are startup-ready for

Qualifications

• Bi-lingual communication is required and English reading/writing ability is essential.
• Basic food safety principles must be understood and applied.
• Read/write English and basic computer skills required.
• Must be able to facilitate a team and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Complete weekly sanitation schedules.
• Ensure daily startup readiness of sanitation staff.
• Communicate schedule adherence and task completion.
• Assist in master sanitation tasking weekly, monthly and quarterly.
• Lead on assignments and trainings; ensure growth of sanitation practices.
