Red Ribbon Plant Operations (California) is seeking a Production Supervisor/Team Leader to oversee daily manufacturing activities in a fast‑paced facility. You will help ensure schedules, quality standards and GMP/HACCP policies are followed to maintain safe, efficient production.

The role requires strong leadership, knowledge of food manufacturing, and experience with SOPs, safety, and waste tracking. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; on‑site work in California.

Qualifikationen

• High school graduate; associate degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1 year experience as a team leader.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Aufgaben

• Check production schedule and ensure materials and utensils are available.
• Inspect materials transferred to the section meet prescribed standards.
• Inspect that equipment, tools and areas are properly set up as required for production.
• Seek technical competencies to operate all equipment and tools in the section.
• Prepare the required supplies according to standard procedures.
• Record production output and wastages incurred during the shift.
• Perform minor repair and maintenance of simple equipment.
• Assign tasks to team members for smooth production flow.
• Train and coach workforce on SOPs; promote engagement and safety.
