Job summary

Refresco Beverages US, Inc. is seeking a Supervisor Production to oversee beverage manufacturing and packaging, manage shift personnel, and ensure adherence to SOPs, quality and safety standards.

The role runs nights (6pm–6am) with a 2-2-3 schedule and requires leadership experience in a fast-paced environment. You will direct daily production activities, monitor equipment, perform changeovers, and document downtime.

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience within a manufacturing environment, preferably beverages.
• SAP experience a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to health and safety policies and GMPs.
• Leads and directs the work of other employees.
• Has authority for personnel decisions related to hiring, performance, or disciplinary actions.
• Drafts and posts weekly employee schedules based on production requirements.
• Collaborates with all departments to improve quality, drive efficiencies and yields.
• Performs routine maintenance and daily/weekly preventive maintenance.
