Job summary

Refresco Beverages US, Inc. is seeking a Machine Operator for the 9:45pm–6:15am shift to support high-speed beverage production. You will monitor equipment, supply materials, and maintain quality while following GMPs and safety rules.

This role requires attention to gauges, measurements, and documenting production data. The ideal candidate brings 1–3 years in manufacturing, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-speed beverage production environment preferred.
• Demonstrates ability to understand production machinery and gauges.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to health and safety policies and PPE requirements in production areas.
• Maintain production flow by supplying raw materials and addressing issues.
• Read and follow a production manufacturing schedule and communicate deviations.
• Perform minor machine maintenance and sanitation in assigned areas.
