Newark Beth Israel Medical Center in Newark, NJ is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Pediatric Float Pool (NICU/PICU/Peds). The RN will provide care across pediatric subspecialties, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and ensure accurate charting in EPIC EMR.

The role requires NJ RN license and BLS, with a strong emphasis on safety and family-centered care. The RN will work 7p-7:30a, with every other weekend and rotating holidays, in a 36-hour weekly schedule.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey RN license in good standing.
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing strongly preferred; ER experience desired.

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and recognize clinical changes.
• Administer medications and provide hands-on care with strong clinical judgment.
• Collaborate with physicians and providers to coordinate care.
• Educate patients and families to support understanding and next steps.
