Responsabilidades

• Provide basic patient care (toileting, bathing, mobility, comfort).
• Report patient data and changes in condition promptly to RN.
• Assist with telemetry on units as required and coordinate with team.
• Perform health unit coordination tasks when needed (phone, orders, records).
• Support plan of care and adhere to regulatory standards and safety policies.
