Formación

• Current CNA certification in the state where practicing.
• BLS for healthcare providers required.
• Basic computer literacy demonstrated.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• CNA program completion verification within past 1 year.

Responsabilidades

• Provide basic patient care (toileting, bathing, linen changes, hydration, comfort).
• Report patient care findings and changes promptly to RN.
• Assist with telemetry duties as required and monitor patients.
• Transport medications to RN as needed on unit.
• Collaborate with the RN and interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal care.
• May assume Health Unit Coordinator duties (phones, orders, unit records).
• Implement delegated care plans.
• Perform duties within scope and conduct tasks per regulatory standards.
• Maintain safety and respond to emergencies per policy.
