Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a Part-time Patient Access Representative for the Beverly, MA location. This 24H role runs 11pm–7am on a two-week schedule with every other weekend.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.
• 1–3 years related work experience in patient access or call center.
• Experience with EHR and web-based applications advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Register patients for visits and explain registration steps.
• Process co-payments, deductibles, and balances due.
• Assist with scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations.
• Verify insurance and guarantor information for patient visits.
• Maintain confidentiality and secure patient information.
