Job summary

Preferred Parking Service, LLC is seeking a full-time Operations Attendant to enforce parking rules across our lots and garages. This 3rd shift role includes weekend work, requires a valid driver's license, and using your own vehicle with monthly mileage reimbursement.

You will ensure safety, maintain order, and support customers and staff during shifts. Responsibilities include enforcing regulations, issuing tickets, inspecting facilities, and reporting issues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer service, parking, or facilities operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with inquiries, directions, and payments.
• Monitor parking activities to ensure traffic flow and proper space use.
• Operate entry/exit gates, ticket machines, and payment systems.
• Issue citations for violations per policy and report incidents.
• Complete shift logs and communicate facility status to supervisors.
