• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service experience, parking or facility operations preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers and assist with parking inquiries, directions and payments.
• Enforce parking rules and issue tickets as needed according to policy.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of parking areas; report hazards.
• Operate and troubleshoot entry/exit gates and payment systems.
• Complete shift logs and incident reports; communicate with supervisors.
