Job summary

Preferred Parking Service, LLC is seeking a full-time Operations Attendant to enforce on our parking lots and in our garages in Asheville. This 2nd shift role requires weekends and you must have a valid driver’s license with your own transportation, for which mileage is reimbursed.

You will be responsible for safety, enforcing rules, issuing tickets, and reporting incidents, while handling customer inquiries and payments. A background check and motor vehicle records check will be conducted.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service, parking, or facility operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide parking guidance and payment instructions.
• Monitor traffic, operate gates and payment systems.
• Issue citations or notices for violations per policy.
• Complete shift logs and incident reports.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety of parking areas.
