Job summary

Preferred Parking in Asheville, NC is seeking a full-time Operations Attendant to maintain safety and efficiency across our lots and garages. The role requires standing outdoors, handling tickets, and enforcing parking rules while providing excellent customer service.

The position is 1st shift with weekend availability and requires a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and the use of your own vehicle for work; mileage is reimbursed monthly. A background check will be conducted.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service or facility operations preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Enforce parking rules and issue citations as needed.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of parking areas.
• Assist customers with inquiries, directions and payments.
• Operate and troubleshoot entry/exit gates and payment systems.
• Complete shift logs and report incidents to management.
