Job summary

Preferred Parking in Charlotte, NC is seeking a full-time Operations Attendant to monitor and enforce parking rules, assist customers, and manage entry/exit systems on our lots and garages. This is a 2nd shift position with weekend work required; mileage is reimbursed and you will use your own car for work.

Qualifications include a high school diploma and any prior customer service or operations experience. A valid driver’s license with a clean record is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with parking inquiries, directions, and payments.
• Enforce parking rules, issue citations, monitor traffic flow, and operate entry/exit gates and payment systems.
• Complete shift logs and incident reports; report maintenance issues and safety hazards promptly.
• Coordinate with supervision and enforcement team to manage facility status and safety.
