TQL in Cincinnati is seeking an Operations Support Associate to back our sales floor, resolving shipment escalations and risk, and upholding exceptional customer service 24/7/365. You will coordinate real-time operational assistance with the sales team, monitor communications, maintain shipment records in our TMS, and drive process improvements to strengthen service levels.

Responsibilities

• Resolve shipment-related escalations and disruptions.
• Provide real-time operational assistance to sales teams.
• Monitor inbound/outbound communications and service levels.

• Communicate with carriers and customers to provide updates.
• Prioritize urgent requests in a high-volume environment.
• Maintain shipment records in TQL's Transportation Management System.
