Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a Night Operations Assistant Store Manager in Training (NOASM-IT) in Nashville, TN. This structured program combines hands-on experience, mentorship, and leadership development to prepare you for advanced store leadership.

During up to 6 weeks of training, you will learn to manage overnight freight, lead by example, and collaborate with Night Replenishment Managers and Store leadership to boost sales, safety, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• 3 years of work experience in retail or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overnight freight operations to support core programs.
• Lead Customer Experience and supervise associates to embody GET culture.
• Manage store opening/closing MOD and adhere to SOPs including safety.
• Coordinate with NRMs and Store Manager to drive sales and profitability.
• Participate in structured training covering store management aspects.
