Lowe’s is seeking a Front-End/Back-End Operations Department Supervisor in Simpsonville, SC to lead store coworkers and drive customer service, safety, and operational efficiency.

You will oversee front-end and back-end activities, ensure proper staffing at checkouts and service desks, coach associates, manage payroll closeout, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain inventory integrity and meet performance metrics.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED; related experience may substitute for education.
• 5 years experience in a retail environment.
• Experience providing direction or supervision to teams.
• Experience mentoring and developing associates.
• Experience cross-functional.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Able to obtain sales-related licensure if required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead front-end and back-end operations, ensuring customer service and efficiency.
• Ensure appropriate headcount at checkouts and service areas.
• Manage payroll closeout and research shortages/overages.
• Coach team with performance feedback and development.
• Respond to incidents and adjust to unexpected events.
• Walk store and provide in-the-moment coaching.
• Oversee night operations and MOD responsibilities.
