Qualifications

• Experience Using Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and drives front-end operations, including checkouts, returns, overrides, and audits.
• Drives customer service excellence by greeting customers and addressing inquiries.
• Allocates headcount across checkout and service areas to meet demand.
• Performs payroll closeout and related duties.
• Ensures safety, security, and shrink prevention across store operations.
• Manages overnight MOD responsibilities and cross-functional coordination.
• Leads store-wide operational excellence and process improvements.
