Job summary

During the up-to-6-week training, you will work with Night Replenishment Managers and store leadership to learn, implement, and improve core tasks, customer service, safety, and store operations, with milestones toward an Assistant Manager

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Legally permitted to work in the United States.
• 3 years of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overnight freight operations and SOP adherence.
• Lead by example and develop a culture of customer focus.
• Coordinate with NRMs and store leadership on daily tasks.
• Assist in staffing, scheduling, and productivity goals.
• Support training modules toward an Assistant Manager role.
