Job summary

The Home Depot in Princeton, NJ is offering a Night Operations Assistant Store Manager in Training (NOASM-IT) program to gain hands-on experience in overnight freight and store leadership. Trainees will learn and apply MOD duties, SOPs, safety standards, and store controls under mentorship.

During the up-to-6-week training, NOASM-ITs will develop leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills, while collaborating with store teams and field partners to drive sales and profitability.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Minimum education includes HS diploma or GED; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overnight freight operations and support store leadership.
• Collaborate with Night Replenishment Managers to manage unloads and pack downs.
• Learn to execute OASM key responsibilities during training.
• Assist in staffing, scheduling, and maintaining store SOPs.
• Support service needs for installed sales and product sales.
