Qualifications

• 5 years in a retail environment.
• Experience directing or supervising teams.
• Experience mentoring and developing associates.
• Cross-functional experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Licensure eligibility as required by law.

Responsabilités

• Oversees front-end and back-end operations to ensure efficient checkouts, returns, audits, and pickup/stocking processes.
• Drives customer service excellence and staff coaching across departments.
• Manages headcount allocation for checkout and service areas.
• Performs payroll closeout and supports loss prevention and inventory integrity.
• Leads MOD responsibilities, storewide staffing, and operational execution.
• Coaches staff, escalates issues to senior management when needed.
• Responds to unexpected events by re-prioritizing tasks and guiding team.
