Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager (Overnight) for Thompson Hotels Gild Hall in New York City. You will assist in overseeing the Front Office and Housekeeping during the overnight shifts and support smooth hotel operations.

Key duties include rotating across departments as needed, maintaining guest communication from pre-arrival to post-stay, ensuring staff behavior aligns with Hyatt's values, collaborating with leaders, and supervising teams to uphold service

Qualifications

• Must be available to work all overnight shifts.
• 2-3 years of progressive hotel Housekeeping and/or Front Office experience.
• Refined verbal and written communication skills.
• Service-oriented style with professional presentation.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Must have flexible work availability, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Front Office and Housekeeping during overnight shifts.
• Agility to adjust to various hotel departments as needed to support the operation.
• Maintain guest communication from pre-arrival to post-stay survey.
• Ensure Housekeeping and Front Office behaviors align with Hyatt values.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and fellow leaders to ensure hotel success.
• Supervise colleagues within Housekeeping and Front Office divisions.
