You will drive process improvements, support interviews, and mentor associates to achieve safety and performance goals. Responsibilities include ensuring proper checkout coverage, overseeing daily operations, and coordinating with cross-functional partners to deliver excellent service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; relevant experience may compensate.
• At least 5 years in a retail environment or equivalent experience.
• Experience directing and supervising teams, with mentoring duties.
• Experience cross-functionally and with training/mentoring associates.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related tools.
• Ability to obtain required sales-related licensure if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise retail team to meet customer demand and staffing needs.
• Participate in interviews and influence selection decisions for new associates.
• Provide coaching and performance feedback; escalate when needed.
• Drive front-end and back-end operations for efficiency and safety.
• Ensure proper headcount and coverage at checkouts and service desks.
• Maintain safety, shrink prevention, and store security practices.
• Manage payroll closeout and related administrative tasks.
