Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; retailers may accept equivalent experience.
• 3 years retail experience (or 5 years if education requirement is not met).
• Experience directing or supervising teams.
• Experience training and mentoring associates.
• Experience working cross-functionally.
• Ability to obtain sales-related licensure if required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees front-end and back-end store operations to ensure customer service integrity.
• Drives staffing discussions to ensure proper coverage across departments.
• Provides coaching and performance feedback to associates; escalates issues as needed.
• Maintains safety, security, and shrink-prevention protocols across the store.
• Leads with a customer-first approach and validates compliance with store standards.
