Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required or equivalent experience.
• 5 years experience in a retail environment, or 5 years if education requirement is not met.
• Experience providing direction or supervision to teams (with or without direct report responsibility).
• Experience supporting or participating in training, mentoring and developing associates.
• Experience working cross-functionally.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to obtain sales-related licensure or registration as may be required by law.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop front-end and back-end teams to meet customer demand and operational goals.
• Participate in hiring input and support area staffing decisions.
• Provide daily coaching and performance feedback to associates; escalate as needed.
• Drive and model excellent customer service and store operations.
• Promote safety, shrink prevention, and compliance with store policies.
• Ensure staffing and coverage across checkout and service areas; manage shifts as needed.
