Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years in a retail environment or related supervisory experience.
• Experience providing direction or supervision to teams.
• Experience training, mentoring and developing associates.
• Experience cross-functionally and using Microsoft Office.
• Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor front-end and back-end teams to meet operational goals.
• Participate in interviews and influence new associate selections.
• Provide ongoing feedback and coaching; partner with leadership for disciplinary actions as needed.
• Drive customer service excellence and operational efficiency across store areas.
• Ensure safety, security and shrink prevention through daily practices.
• Oversee and improve front-end and back-end processes to maintain smooth customer flow.
• Act as Manager-on-Duty to lead store operations during shifts.
• Coordinate with cross-functional partners to maintain high performance and staffing alignment.
