Pacific Living Centers, Inc. is seeking a Universal Caregiver / Medication Aide for a full-time graveyard shift in Roseburg, OR. You will assist residents with daily living activities, manage medications after training, and maintain accurate records, ensuring safety and well-being at all times.

The role requires compassion, attentiveness, and adaptability to changing resident needs. Training is provided, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and PTO for full-time employees.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One to three months related experience and/or training working with seniors.
• CPR, First Aid and Food Handler cards required (can be acquired during hiring).
• Pre-Service Universal Caregiver training required as part of onboarding.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring, meals) in a compassionate manner.
• Medication setup and administration, after training.
• Update resident records in a timely manner per policy.
• Report changes in residents' health or behavior to supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment; assist with housekeeping and laundry.
• Prepare and cook food as required; assist with meals and serving.
• Assist with daily scheduled activities and document participation.
• Attend trainings and in-service meetings as required.
