The position offers an hourly wage of $18.50–$20.00, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and PTO for full-time staff. Training is provided and ongoing development opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months experience with seniors preferred.
• Valid CPR, First Aid and Food Handlers cards required; training may be provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring).
• Medication setup and administration after training.
• Update resident records and report changes to supervisor.
• Maintain clean, safe, and orderly resident environments and assist with meals and activities.
• Participate in trainings and meetings as required.
