Job summary

Senior Housing Managers seeks a Universal Caregiver / Medication Aide in Oregon to support residents in assisted living and residential care communities. You will assist with daily living activities, administer medications after training, and keep accurate resident records.

Responsibilities include coordinating with the supervising team, maintaining a clean safety-focused environment, and aiding with meals and activities to promote residents’ independence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months related experience in working with seniors preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certifications required or obtainable during onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring).
• Medication setup and administration as trained.
• Update resident records and report changes to supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and assist with meal service and activities.
