Job summary

Senior Housing Managers Group is seeking a Universal Caregiver / Medication Aide in Roseburg, OR for a graveyard shift. The role offers hourly pay from $17.00 to $20.00 and full-time status in our assisted living communities.

The caregiver will assist residents with daily living activities, monitor health changes, and help maintain independent living with compassionate support. Training is provided on onboarding and ongoing professional development is available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months experience working with seniors preferred or training provided.
• Basic computer skills required.
• CPR, First Aid and Food Handler certifications required or obtained during onboarding.
• Pre-Service Universal Caregiver training required as part of onboarding.
• Ongoing training provided by Executive Director and Oregon Care Partners.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living per care plan.
• Prepare and administer medications after training as needed.
• Update resident records in a timely manner.
• Observe changes in residents' health and report to supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow sanitation procedures.
• Assist with meals, dining duties, and social activities as directed.
