Job summary

Champion Foods LLC is seeking a working lead in our Champion Township facility to oversee production teams and optimize yields. You will coach up to 8 associates, monitor safety and food safety practices, and collaborate with HR on performance and training.

This hands-on role requires strong leadership, ability to mentor, and experience with material handling equipment. Weekend shifts possible to support bakery operations.

• Experience leading manufacturing/production teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist supervisor in monitoring production line performance.
• Direct workflow and scheduling for assigned lines.
• Ensure safety, food safety, and equipment operation compliance.
• Provide training on powered industrial vehicles and procedures.
• Complete performance appraisals and support HR in development.
