Meritas Advisory Group, LLC is seeking Production Supervisors for its bakery operation in a hands‑on leadership role. The position supports 15–25 production staff across first, second, and third shifts, with a strong focus on safety and quality as production goals are met.

You will lead daily activities, coach staff, and collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to solve issues, ensuring smooth handoffs between shifts. This role offers growth within an established supervisory structure.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising production teams in food manufacturing; bakery or frozen foods is a plus.
• Proven ability to lead, manage performance, and drive accountability.
• Solid knowledge of food safety practices, GMPs, and manufacturing operations.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
• Willingness to work the assigned shift and assist with scheduling needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities, staffing, and shift assignments.
• Coach, train, and develop employees while setting clear expectations.
• Maintain food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor production performance, address downtime, and improve efficiency.
• Partner with maintenance, quality, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Communicate priorities and ensure effective shift handoffs.
