Moxy Boston Downtown is seeking an Overnight Manager to lead the hotel during the 11:00 PM–7:00 AM shift. You will supervise front desk and overnight operations, ensuring smooth service for guests while maintaining safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hotel front office or supervisory/management experience preferred.
• Overnight or Night Audit experience a plus.
• Hospitality degree or related coursework preferred.
• Fluency in English required; additional languages a plus.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the Manager on Duty during the overnight shift.
• Oversee hotel operations from 11:00 PM–7:00 AM.
• Lead, support, and motivate overnight TEAM members.
• Ensure exceptional guest service and promptly resolve guest concerns.
• Oversee front desk, guest services, and overnight operational activities.
• Monitor the Night Auditor and ensure accurate nightly audit.
• Maintain logs, records, and shift reports.
