Moxy Boston Downtown is seeking a Front Office Manager to lead our Guest Services TEAM and uphold exceptional guest experiences. You will supervise front desk operations, reservations, and audit processes, while mentoring team members and ensuring smooth daily hotel functions.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in a branded hotel Front Office role, strong leadership, and proficiency with MS Office and hotel platforms. This full-time position offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Front Office Manager experience in a branded hotel environment.
• College degree or hospitality coursework.
• Proficient with MS Office and hotel platforms (OnQ, Opera, Fosse, Lightspeed).
• English fluency; Spanish helpful.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, coach, and support the Guest Services TEAM.
• Oversee daily front desk, reservations, audit, and guest service operations.
• Set the standard for exceptional guest service through hands‑on leadership.
• Communicate effectively with TEAM and other hotel departments.
• Balance multiple priorities and deadlines with or without supervision.
• Drive guest and TEAM satisfaction across the hotel.
