Job summary

ESA Management, LLC is seeking a Night Guest Laundry Attendant to assist guests overnight, perform laundry responsibilities, answer phones, and ensure safety and security procedures are followed. The role includes closing tasks and collaborating with hotel staff to maintain high guest satisfaction.

The position requires overnight hours from 11:00pm to 7:00am, and physical ability to lift and move items as needed. The hotel environment includes varied weather and occasional long shifts.

Qualifications

• Understand and communicate in English proficiently.
• Operate the property management system technology and audit as needed.
• Follow safety and operating instructions and manuals.
• Complete routine reports and correspondence.
• Perform basic arithmetic in all units of measure.
• Apply good judgment at all times.
• Manage guest-related issues effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests overnight, including check-in/check-out per guidelines.
• Ensure laundry tasks: washing, drying, folding linens and towels.
• Handle dishware and maintain cleanliness of laundry areas.
• Stock housekeeping carts and restock products to PAR levels.
• Process reservations, registrations, payments, and departures per procedures.
• Set up and maintain grab-and-go breakfast per brand standards.
• Conduct property tours for cleanliness and safety inspections.
• Report safety or security issues to management.
