Job summary

ESA Management, LLC is seeking a Night Guest Laundry Attendant to support overnight operations at the hotel. The role includes laundering linens and dishware, assisting guests checking in/out, and maintaining stock and cleanliness across laundry and related areas.

The position requires adherence to safety and brand standards, with duties extending to daily property walks and basic breakfast setup. Night shift runs 11:00pm to 7:00am, with eligibility for benefits as described.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates commitment to providing the best possible experience for guests and associates.
• Assists guests overnight, checking in/out and collecting payment per guidelines.
• Processes all laundry: staining treatment, washing, drying and folding linens, terry, blankets, coverlets and shower curtains.
• Processes all dishware per standards: washing, drying and packaging.
• Stocks housekeeping carts and laundry rooms to PAR levels and brand standards.
• Handles reservations, registrations, payments, and departures per guidelines.
• Sets up and maintains grab-and-go breakfast per brand standards.
• Conducts daily property tours for cleanliness and maintenance.
• Complies with company policies, including safety, cash handling and key control.
