Job summary

ESA Management, LLC is seeking a Night Guest Laundry Attendant to support guests overnight, check them in and out, and manage laundry and dish processing according to company guidelines. The role includes answering phones, maintaining safety procedures, and stocking carts and laundry rooms.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests overnight, including check-in/check-out according to company guidelines.
• Complete laundry duties: wash, dry, fold linens, dishes, and related items.
• Answer phones and ensure safety and security procedures are followed.
• Stock housekeeping carts and laundry rooms; manage PAR levels.
• Process reservations, registrations, payments, and departures per procedures.
• Set up grab-and-go breakfast according to brand standards.
• Conduct daily property tours to ensure cleanliness and maintenance.
