Job summary

Extended Stay America in Charlotte, North Carolina is seeking a Night Guest Laundry Attendant to support overnight guest services and laundry operations. You will handle check-ins/outs, laundry, dishware, and safety procedures across the property.

The role also involves stocking, coordinating grab-and-go breakfast, and periodic property inspections to uphold cleanliness and brand standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• English proficiency to interact with guests.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests overnight, check in and check out in accordance with guidelines.
• Process laundry and related tasks: wash, dry, fold linens and towels.
• Handle dishware processing and restocking.
• Stock housekeeping carts and laundry rooms to PAR levels.
• Process reservations, registrations, payments, and departures per guidelines.
• Set up grab-and-go breakfast per brand standards.
• Conduct property tours to inspect cleanliness and maintenance needs.

Education
