Job summary

Extended Stay America is seeking an Night Guest Laundry Attendant to assist guests overnight, including check-ins, check-outs, and payments, while handling all laundry responsibilities and ensuring safety procedures are followed.

The role includes laundry processing, dishwashing, stocking supplies, and maintaining breakfast service and cleanliness across the property. Strong English communication and basic computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• Requires English proficiency to interact with guests and colleagues.
• 1–3 months of related experience or training preferred.
• Ability to operate the property management system and perform audits.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests overnight, including check-ins/check-outs and payment collection.
• Handle laundry duties: wash, dry, fold linens and towels, and manage laundry supplies.
• Process all dishware and maintain dishwashing areas.
• Restock housekeeping carts and maintain brand-standard PAR levels.
• Escort reservations, registrations, payments, and departures per procedures.
• Set up grab-and-go breakfast per brand standards.
• Conduct daily property tours to ensure cleanliness and report issues.
