Job summary

The Queen Mary is seeking a Night Shift Supervisor to oversee Kitchen and Stewarding operations on the evening schedule. You will lead the team, manage supplies, and ensure every dish meets high quality and safety standards.

Emphasis on clean kitchens, sharp communication, and efficiency during peak hours. Ideal candidates have leadership experience, a passion for food, and the ability to turn chaos into calm in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in kitchen operations.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service operations preferred.
• Certifications: Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily kitchen hustle with the team to ensure tasks are completed correctly.
• Oversee stewarding operations and ensure smooth service readiness.
• Maintain sanitation standards and enforce safety compliance across the kitchen.
• Manage inventory and supplies to support service efficiently.
