Job summary

Table Mountain Casino Inc. is seeking a Kitchen Steward to ensure safety and sanitation across Food and Beverage operations. You will deep clean kitchens, wash dishes, stock supplies, and maintain a hygienic work environment.

The role requires basic ware washing knowledge, ability to handle cleaning chemicals, and willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Pre-employment checks and gaming license are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Basic understanding of ware washing and sanitation equipment.
• Ability to work with chemicals and maintain safe working conditions.

Responsibilities

• Utilize appropriate chemicals to clean ovens, burner tops, broilers, grills and other items and equipment.
• Deep clean equipment as necessary.
• Wash and stock china, silver, glassware, pots and pans.
• Keep floors, walls, and drains in kitchen clean and dry.
• Maintain carts, racks, mats and sanitize as needed.
• Participate in monthly deep cleaning of kitchen as assigned.
• Communicate with Steward Supervisors about tasks and assignments.
• Properly dispose of trash, grease and recyclables.
• Inspect kitchen appliances and report malfunctions.
• Adhere to health and safety standards in food handling and sanitation.
