Qualifications

• 1 year or more of supervising in a QSR or full-service restaurant.
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment with strong communication skills.
• Professionalism and adherence to policies and procedures.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for full shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant team in opening, prep, and closing duties.
• Receive and process kitchen orders and deliveries per protocol.
• Maintain stock levels and assist with supplies and ordering.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards across back-of-house areas and during cleaning schedules.
• Monitor kitchen costs to align with budget guidelines.
• Ensure equipment is safe, maintained, and functioning properly.
• Conduct briefings with front and back-of-house staff and participate in training.
