Jabil is seeking an Asst. Inventory Control Supervisor, Receiving, to lead day-to-day Receiving and Rackside Kitting operations in a high-volume manufacturing environment.

You will ensure accurate material flow, SAP transaction integrity, and adherence to safety, quality, and performance standards. The role requires leadership of frontline teams, coordination with Planning, Procurement, and Quality, and the ability to respond to shortages and disruptions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Min 3 years of inventory control, receiving, kitting, or warehouse ops.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Receiving team to meet daily priorities and staffing.
• Verify attendance and policy compliance.
• Lead shift huddles with safety updates and priorities.
• Coach on performance and accountability; train new hires.
