Job summary

Jabil Florence, KY is seeking an Asst. Inventory Control Supervisor for Receiving to oversee day-to-day operations and ensure accurate material flow to production. You will lead frontline teams, enforce standard work, and coach staff to meet safety, quality, and performance standards.

The role requires SAP familiarity, strong attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to 12-hour shifts Thursday through Saturday and every other Wednesday.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Min 3 years in inventory control, receiving, kitting, or warehouse ops.
• Proficient with SAP and Excel; strong computer skills.
• Experience supervising frontline teams and driving daily execution.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Receiving team to meet daily priorities and staffing.
• Verify attendance and enforce labor policies.
• Lead shift huddles communicating safety, staffing, and material status.
• Maintain control of material flow from inbound to production delivery.
• Ensure SAP transactions for receipts, putaway, and kit staging are accurate.
• Interface with operations, quality, planning, and HR to resolve issues.
