Job summary

Jabil is seeking an Inventory Control Shift Manager to lead Receiving, Stockroom, Shipping, and Inventory Analysis teams. You will drive inventory accuracy, cost control, and safety compliance while coaching staff and aligning with campus goals.

Responsibilities include recruiting, development, and performance management; managing engagement, training, and succession; and ensuring operational efficiency across shifts. A strong leader will optimize metrics and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma and three years of experience, including one year in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to manage large teams.
• Experience in inventory control, receiving, stockroom, shipping, and inventory analysis.
• Proven ability to drive continuous improvement, cost control, and data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, evaluate, and select qualified Inventory Control staff.
• Coach and develop Inventory Control leaders and staff.
• Monitor turnover, engagement, and staffing levels; implement retention plans.
• Establish measurable goals and provide ongoing performance feedback.
