You will drive development plans, establish measurable goals, and coach team members to achieve excellence for internal and external customers. The role partners with operations to optimize material flow and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; five years' experience in Inventory Control or related field.
• Experience recruiting and developing staff.
• Strong knowledge of global and regional logistics operations and cost reduction initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Inventory Control staff and processes.
• Develop training curricula and succession plans for the Inventory Control function.
• Monitor and improve operational metrics, efficiency, and cost performance.
• Coordinate with Workcell and Operations leadership to ensure smooth material flow.
• Ensure accuracy of stock records and timely, correct shipments.
