Job summary

Jabil, a global engineering and manufacturing partner, is seeking an Inventory/Stockroom lead to operate under minimal supervision. You will manage stockroom tasks, RTS, cycle counts, and receiving in SAP, ensuring data accuracy and material traceability across shifts.

Responsibilities include validating shipments, moving material in ERP, and liaising with Production Control and Management to resolve inventory shortages and variances. This role emphasizes accuracy and proactive problem solving.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP and warehouse operations preferred.
• Ability to reconcile inventory variances and perform cycle counts.
• Strong PC skills and familiarity with ERP systems and RF scanning.

Responsibilities

• Operate stockroom and RTS processes; store material using RF scanners and verify SAP transactions.
• Pull kits, split as needed, and ensure shortages are addressed; count materials for accuracy.
• Validate receipts against purchase orders and bills of lading; sign for material on the receiving dock.
• Perform receiving inspection per ISO procedures and move material in SAP to floor or other locations.
