Job summary

Jabil is seeking an Assistant Inventory Control Supervisor to oversee Receiving and Rackside Kitting operations, ensuring material flow and inventory accuracy. You will coach frontline teams, enforce standard work, and collaborate with Operations, Quality, and Planning to prevent disruptions.

The role requires SAP and Excel skills and prior supervisory experience. Shift details include 12-hour shifts Thursday to Saturday and every other Wednesday, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory control, receiving, and kitting in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Minimum 3 years supervisory experience.
• Proficiency with SAP and Excel; strong MS Office skills.
• Attention to detail and effective communication.
• Ability to lead frontline teams and manage shifts.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Receiving team members to ensure daily priorities and execution.
• Verify attendance daily and ensure policy compliance.
• Lead start/end-of-shift huddles with safety updates and priorities.
• Provide real-time coaching and corrective action to improve performance.
• Support training and onboarding of new hires for labeling, FIFO, SAP processes.
• Interface with leadership and HR on performance and staffing needs.
• Promote teamwork between Receiving and Rackside Kitting to reduce errors.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and enforce standardized work.
