Qualifications

• Experience leading inventory/control teams in a manufacturing or distribution setting.
• Ability to recruit, interview and hire Inventory Analyst roles.
• Strong coaching, performance management and development skills.
• Solid cost management with a focus on process efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct receiving, stockroom, shipping and inventory control.
• Lead recruitment and onboarding for Inventory roles.
• Develop training and succession plans for the function.
• Drive continuous improvement in key operational metrics.
